Service Description

This class will provide focused instruction on the single axel as well as basic IJS spin knowledge, power and edge quality. The class will be include both off and on ice work and will meet for 1 hour each Thursday 6:00-7:00pm 6:00-6:15pm Off Ice Warm up and jumps 6:20-6:30pm On Ice Power and Edges 6:30-6:45pm Basic IJS Spins 6:45-7:00pm On Ice Axel On ice schedule may vary
