Service Description
This class is a full training opportunity for figure skaters in Basic 6 through Free Skate 5 to help prepare athletes for beginning to compete. This is a 7 week session held on Thursday evenings which includes both on and off ice classes and promotes the team training aspect of individual figure skating.
6:00-6:25pm Off Ice Jumps Class
6:30-7:00pm On Ice Skills Class
7:00-7:30pm Off Ice Flexibility & Conditioning
