Service Description

This class is for athletes who are working on single axel through triple jumps and provides instruction focusing on jump and spin technique as well as skating skills for competitive athletes in a fun group setting. The Class includes weekly off ice flexibility class, off ice jump class and on ice skills class. Thursdays 5:55-6:10pm Off Ice Jump Class 6:10-6:25pm Off Ice Stretch Class 6:30-7:00pm On Ice Skills Class Topics may vary Classes will NOT be held on Thursday, Nov 23rd.
