Service Description
This class is for athletes who are working on single axel through triple jumps and provides instruction focusing on jump and spin technique for competitive athletes in a fun group setting. The Class includes weekly off ice flexibility class, off ice jump class and on ice skills class.
Thursdays
6:00-6:25pm Off Ice Jump class
6:30-7:00pm On Ice Skills class
7:00-7:30pm Off Ice Flexibility / Conditioning
