Service Description
This team concept program for Aspire-level figure skaters is designed to build strong foundational skills while developing well-rounded athletes. Skaters will work on advancing their on-ice technique through structured skill progression, while also learning effective practice strategies and training habits. The program also introduces skaters to a variety of skating opportunities, helping them explore different paths in the sport and stay motivated as they grow both as athletes and individuals. 7 Week Session that includes 2 hours of instruction weekly for skaters currently in Aspire 1-4 Schedule: Tuesday 6:00-6:30pm Skills Class on ice Tuesday 6:40-7:10pm Flexibility and Strength Class with Coach Gina Artese off ice Thursday 6:00-6:15pm Off Ice Warm Up Thursday 6:20-7:00pm On Ice Skills Thursday 7:00-7:30 off ice classroom time 2 weeks per 7 week session NO CLASSES WILL BE HELD ON NOVEMBER 3rd OR NOVEMBER 26th
